Refund and Returns Policy

Please open the package and check the watch in front of the delivery person upon receiving it.
If the watch is damaged, the glass is broken, or the wrong model is delivered, return it immediately to the delivery person.
Products can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they remain unused.
The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.
Courier charges must be borne by the customer (except in case of seller’s fault).
If the same model is not available in stock, store credit or a partial refund may be provided.
No complaints regarding external scratches or damage will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

ঘড়ি হাতে পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই প্যাকেট খুলে চেক করে নিন।
যদি ঘড়িটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, গ্লাস ভাঙা বা ভুল মডেলের হয়, তবে সাথে সাথেই ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে ফেরত দিন।
ডেলিভারী পাওয়ার ০৩ দিনের মধ্যে পন্যটি অব্যবহৃত থাকলে পন্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে ।
পন্যটি অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিং ও এক্সোসরিজ সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
কুরিয়ার চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবে (বিক্রেতার ত্রুটি ব্যথিত) ।
একই মডেল এর স্টক এবেইল এবেল নাহ থাকলে স্টোর ক্রেডিট বা আংশিক রিটার্ন দেওয়া হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর বাহ্যিক কোনো স্ক্র্যাচ বা ভাঙার অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
